Toddler Translations: Vaccinations

I taught Molly toddler the word syringe the other day: both girls have been taking a lot of medicine and I use the little syringe dispensers. She was calling them "shots" and using the shot from her toy medical kit to give her toys medicine. I felt the need to correct her since it's just unsettling to see toys getting shots in their mouths.

Today, I came across Molly poking a toy frog with the av jack end of some head phones.
Me: What are you doing?
Molly: I'm just giving this froggy a vaccination.
Me: Really... What's a vaccination?
Molly: It's when you put something in your body. Some medicine to make you feel better.

I'm just impressed she knew the word.
